Passage: 1 Peter 5:10-14 Peter, the apostle of hope, ends his epistle with six reasons to retain a hopeful attitude under fiery trials. This is an encouraging end to our study.

Passage: 1 Peter 5:5-9 Pride is an awful sin that plagues every one of us. In fact, at the root of all our sinning is pride. In this lesson we are going to consider four reasons why we must avoid the awful sin of pride.
